While you give blood, keep in mind…

  1. Cross your right calf over your left calf

2a. Squeeze your thighs together.

2b. Tense your stomach.

2c. Point your toes back towards you.

  1. Then relax for five seconds.
  2. Hold this position for five seconds.
  3. Repeat this process five times.
  4. Now, cross your left calf over your right calf and repeat.

NATL 106 01
