New processes: Bear with us

From 5th April onwards, we will be entering your health check responses directly onto the computer at health screening, rather than transferring them from paper to computer later.

This means the session will become more efficient in the long run – but you may initially notice a bit of a delay.

This change is part of our ongoing digital transformation project, which has the objective of delivering a modernised, paper free donation session.
