Blood Donor Week 2019: Anna's story

Blood donors saved Anna's life when she gave birth - and helped her dad meet her baby son.

In August 2016, Anna Weir gave birth to her first child; however, serious complications meant she needed emergency surgery and a number of transfusions.  Watch her story to find out more - including how blood donors helped her Dad meet baby Seb.
