Aberdeen Blood Donor Centre open as usual

Share

Aberdeen Donor Centre is open as usual, although maintenance work is ongoing at the front of the building.

Essential maintenance work is scheduled to begin on Sunday 21 September, affecting the entrance area of Aberdeen Blood Donor Centre. Despite these disruptions, the Centre will remain open throughout the works, which are expected to continue for an extended period.

What does this mean for donors?

  • Aberdeen Blood Donor Centre remains open as usual.
  • The Centre’s car park will be closed - donors will not be able to access it.
  • However, parking is available at the Lady Helen multi-storey car park, opposite Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. Please note this car park can be busy during working hours.

Donors are advised to give themselves extra time to find available parking and arrive at the donor centre reception.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and appreciate your patience and continuing support.
