Over 2,500 new donors came forward to support patients in Scotland this January

SNBTS are delighted to have welcomed 2,679 first time donors to our donating centres and community sessions throughout January - the highest number of new donors we have seen in the last 9 months.

A huge thank you to each and every one of you who have helped to save and improve the lives of patients in Scotland.

As only 5% of the population give blood, we always need new donors and are extremely grateful for this support.

If you've never given blood before or haven't donated in a while, why not follow this wonderful example and give blood in 2012. We hope to welcome you soon.
