Allan arranged for the Give Blood bus to visit his work

Already a dedicated platelet donor, Allan Gray is keen to encourage others to donate.

The importance of giving blood is close to Allan's heart - his wife Margaret received a life saving 40 units of blood after childbirth last year.  

Allan thought his workmates at Rolls Royce in East Kilbride would be the perfect group to join him in making a difference and they did him proud! 63 staff members came along to show their support, 14 of them giving blood for the first time.
