5918 senior pupils give blood for the first time!

We are delighted to have welcomed 5918 senior pupils along to give blood for the first time. The 17 and 18-year-olds donated during the 2011-12 school year following a programme of recruitment talks.

Our recruitment team work with schools throughout the country to coordinate talks with the senior pupils. The support and enthusiasm has been fantastic and we are delighted to have recruited so many new blood donors! We look forward to welcoming them all back in the near future.
